Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

USPS First Class: 3 – 7 business days
FedEx 2 Day: 2 business days
FedEx Overnight: 1 business days

We may require up to 1 additional business day for internal processing times.

In most cases we process orders the day they are received. Any orders that is received after 2PM EST will be processed the next business day. 

You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order is shipped. You may also view your tracking number by going to My Account > Orders and clicking the order number in question.

This all depends on the warehouse your products are located at. In most cases, you will receive them in one package. If your products are shipped in two packages you will a tracking number for each package.

We only insure packages if requested, and paid for, by the customer.

If you chose to insure your package at checkout, we will file a claim with the shipping provider for the insured amount. Once the claim is resolved and we receive payment from the carrier, we will remit the payment to you.

Exchanges, and warranty repairs typically take 6-10 business days to completely process.

We provide prepaid USPS first class shipping labels for all returns.

If you would like to speed up the mailing process for returns / repairs / exchanges you are more than welcome to ship the device yourself using the shipping method and speed of your choice.

We provide prepaid fedex shipping labels for all buyback / trade in orders.
