30 Day Returns #

By purchasing a device from Wisephone ER, you agree to and understand the following:

Devices can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase for any reason. The 30 day return policy starts on the day the device is received by the customer. If the purchase was made online, this period starts the day the tracking number shows the device to be delivered. Returns that are not initiated due to functional issues will result in a 5% restocking fee. Devices must be returned in the same condition they were sold in. Any devices that aren’t returned in the same condition they were sold in will be subject to a reduced refund, which is to be decided solely by Wisephone ER. To prevent abuse of this return policy, Wisephone ER reserves the right to refuse returns at any time for any reason.

Returns After 30 Days #

Product returns not delivered to Wisephone ER within the 30 day return period will not be eligible for a refund and may only be sent back under warranty to be repaired or exchanged.

Cancellations #

By purchasing a device from Wisephone ER, you agree to and understand the following:

Orders can be cancelled by contacting us via email at contact@wisephoneer.com. Cancellations will only be accepted on orders that haven’t entered the shipping process. All cancellations will be subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Accessory Returns #

By purchasing a accessory from Wisephone ER, you agree to and understand the following:

Accessories can only be returned for a refund if they are unused and unopened. Any accessories that have been opened will not be eligible for a return.

Return Shipping #

By purchasing a device from Wisephone ER, you agree to and understand the following:

Return labels will only be provided for orders that are found to have defective products. Customers that initiate returns due to “buyers remorse” will be responsible for their own return shipping costs. All return shipping labels sent by Wisephone ER will be USPS First Class only (3-5 business days). Return labels sent by Wisephone ER will not have any insurance of any kind. If the customer would like the return shipment to be insured the customer may mail the device with insurance out of their own pocket, or remit a payment to Wisephone ER to cover the cost of insurance. Products that are lost in transit or marked as delivered, but not received ,will not be eligible for a refund of any kind. Return labels must be used within 5 business days of receipt. Any return label not marked as shipping within this time from will be cancelled and refunded. A new return label will not be provided once the first one sent has been void. If a customer initiates a return close to the end of the return window, the customer will be responsible for ensuring that the product is delivered to Wisephone ER before return period expires. Returns that are marked as shipped prior to the expiration of the return period but are received after it has expired will not be accepted. Customers that return non-defective products after the 30 day return period will be responsible for the cost of shipping the device back to them. In this scenario, the customer may submit a payment to Wisephone ER to cover the cost of shipping, or provide Wisephone ER with a prepaid shipping label. Due to potential abuse of this policy, Wisephone ER reserves the right to deny any request for a return label for any reason.
